Finding Your LEGADO Fit

LEGADO boots are designed to fit true to size. We recommend starting with the size you normally wear in well-fitting leather footwear.

How a Cowboy Boot Should Fit

A new boot should feel secure across the instep without uncomfortable pressure. Slight heel movement is normal in a properly fitted cowboy boot and typically decreases as the leather softens and the footbed begins to conform to your foot.

Instep & Width

The boot should feel comfortably secure through the instep and the widest part of your foot without pinching. Because every foot is different and natural leather will break in with wear, fit can vary slightly by style and material.

Toe Shape

Our cutter and square-toe silhouettes are designed to allow natural room through the toe box while maintaining a secure fit through the instep and heel. Your toes should never feel compressed against the front of the boot.

Breaking In Your LEGADO Boots

Premium leather naturally softens and develops character with wear. During the first few wears, the boot should feel snug and supportive—not painfully tight.
