Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with U.S. delivery generally taking 2–7 business days after shipment. Tracking information is provided by email.

Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Boots must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all original tags and packaging.

A $9 return shipping fee is deducted from standard returns. We offer one complimentary size exchange per order, subject to availability.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, LEGADO will cover the return shipping cost.

Each pair of LEGADO boots is handcrafted in León, Guanajuato using traditional bootmaking techniques and premium materials.

Construction details include Goodyear welt construction, leather insoles and outsoles, and lemonwood pegs selected for durability, structure, and long-term wear.

Natural leather and exotic skins develop character with wear. Keep your boots away from excess moisture and direct heat, and remove surface dust with a soft, dry cloth after wear.

For conditioning and deeper cleaning, use products specifically formulated for your boot’s leather or exotic skin. Always test care products on a discreet area first.

When not in use, store your LEGADO boots in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
